cmyk
I cannot figure out how to drag-select vector points of separate vector objects simultaneously. There seems to be no sub-selection tool in Designer. E.g. I have 10 boxes aligned next to each other. Now, I just want to select the bottom 2 points of each box with one drag-selection. Impossible, right?
Old Bruce
Use the move tool to select the curves (they have to be curves, not rectangles) now switch to the node tool and you can drag select the bottom nodes, or Shift + click on the nodes. They'll change from outlines to solid blue. Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4 Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
cmyk
Thanks, but that would require me, to change the rectangle objects to curves. This is "destructive" from an object oriented point of view. If I had corner rounding parameters set, these would be fix after turning the boxes into "curves". So, no, there is no such thing as a sub-selection tool. In Illustrator this would the the white arrow.
j.king
You can still round corners after Converting to Curves by using the Corner Tool.

I’m aware that you’ve indicated that it’s just an example, but in this particular case you can simply select all of the boxes and move the bottom centre adjustment handle up or down. Right. Bad example. But you get my drift. Alfred
PixelPest
There are no points (nodes) selectable in parametric objects. So what do you want to do exactly? 2 hours ago, cmyk said: drag-select vector points of separate vector objects simultaneously ....thanks, but that would require me, to change the rectangle objects to curves.
