Pinning Issues (Paragraphs Kept Together, Resize Image)

I found 2 issues with pinning:

1) If an image is pinned to a paragraph, which is set to be kept with the next paragraph, the image is placed incorrectly on the prior page/column if the second paragraph (and thus the connected first) is moved to the next page/column (see image 1). The used settings can be seen in image 2 (although they do not really matter). The provided sample file was created from scratch and shows the same behavior.

2) When resizing a pinned image the horizontal align may change. In the sample file the first image is set to "Outside Left". The Transform origin (see image 3) is set to left (does not matter if top/middle/bottom left). If the size is changed (by entering size in the transform dialog or by drag&drop) the Horizontal align changes to "Inside Left".

This is not the case, if the Transform origin is set to right (top/middle/bottom) AND you do this with the transform dialog AND you increase the image size. Then the alignment stays "Outside Left". But in all other cases it changes to "Inside Left". (I assume similar issues are with "Outside Right", but did not test this.)

In my opinion this is a very inconsistent and not correct behavior. I think it should honor my settings and always keep "Outside Left", no matter how I resize the image. I mean, if I wanted "Inside Left" I would have kept it, as it is the default.

Ad 2) Mmmmh, for me Affinity was always a shining example for well thought-through and intuitive functions. But this is quite the contrary. This is the M$ way, trying to be smarter than the user.

First, if I set a setting other than default, I do this for a purpose, and I would wish the software acknowledges this. Why would I set it to "Outside Left" if I "want" the SW to change this to something else?

Second, even if intended, it is not consistent. In the one case I mentioned, the alignment does not change, but for example, if you do the same, increasing the image, but by using drag&drop (instead of dialog) then it does change! This is really expected??? Very strange indeed.
