Jack.Lion
I'm about to make the switch from adobe to affinity, however one of the things I will miss is the transform again key command that was in photoshop. You simply take an object that already exists or create a new one, duplicate it and apply a transformation to it. After which you would use the transform again command to further duplicate and transform it over and over very quickly with very little effort and. Its a very powerful technique for many designers but I have found it to be especially beautiful at manifesting fractals out of anything and drawing glitchy textures from my photos. I know there are similar work arounds but I thought I would share this as I know I am not the only one who feels they would miss this! Wosven
Hi @Jack.Lion and welcome, Did you tried duplicating an object with Ctrl+J, modifying it, and using again the commande Ctrl+J? It'll only apply to the same object, you'll have to do the same on a new one for the modifications to be applied, but it's a start.
satchmo
The lack of 'Transform Again' is a big omission and something we definitely need added to Designer. This is an important feature used by so many Adobe users making the switch over to Affinity. Please make it happen.
wtrmlnjuc
There is “Power Duplicate”, but it’s only one aspect of “Transform again” instead of its full functionality.
