walt.farrell
The new (in 1.9) My Account function can synchronize Assets, Brushes, and Styles that you bought from the Affinity Store, if you tell it to on each of your computers. It does not synchronize anything that you created yourself, or that you installed manually from some other source. walt.farrell
They may, but we have no way of knowing for sure whether they will, nor when. No, because most of these things are stored locally, on a per user basis, & (thankfully!) do not require an internet connection to load them from some other computer or remote server while which may not always be available. Another reason is because some things, assets in particular, can require huge amounts of storage space, which not every computer may have adequate room for. Julia04
I wonder if the developers are planning to make synchronization like in Photoshop in future updates
jediha
If only we could change the default location of the assets, one would place them on iCloud for all installations. Now, I am manually syncing(read exporting and importing) assets created in Designer with Publisher and vice versa. Not a nice workflow. For those who use iCloud, are willing to pay the fees for enough storage for all their assets, & always can count on a fast available internet connection, that could be a viable solution. Otherwise, probably not.
