Basar Posted August 22, 2021 Share Posted August 22, 2021 (edited) I created a document on the Affinity Designer app but after a while it crashed and now it is unable to reopen the document ... The app says "Failed to load Unable to load the document" I see my work but cannot open it. my question is how i can retrieve the document? You've already tried the duplicating trick, which is something we would normally suggest, as well as saving the file.
