Not possible on an iPad, or a phone, as far as I know. But it would be nice if the descriptions of the Tools and studios that you can get would extend to the Context Toolbar, too. Until then, the Help is your friend. With an answer to my question earlier, or a more complete screenshot, I would have said "this is from using the Point Transform Tool, and the icons are from the Context Toolbar" and I would have gone to the Help for the Point Transform Tool.
