Edwa Posted August 20, 2021 Posted August 20, 2021 After setting up a document, can I return to that set up window to make changes. I don't see that in the document tab at top. Quote

Edwa Posted August 26, 2021 Author Posted August 26, 2021 Do you have a link to a tutorial of color and printing with Affinity Photo? Still confused: The Document > Convert Format/ ICC Profile shows choices for specific papers. I do select the specific Canon paper for my Canon Pro 100 in printer properties when I print - so isn't this the Convert Format a duplication? Since I use several different papers, isn't it better to choose the paper just before I print by using print properties? I don't see CMYK choice in the Convert Format. I was advised by Ezra of Affinity Revolution to choose CMYK for hard copy printing. The new document set up window shows RGB (8, 16, 32) CMYK 8. Choosing RGB then gives the same drop down seen in Convert Format/ICC. Choosing CMYK gives choices that I don't recognize. My goal is to reduce the cost of trial-and-error printing by having my print match the edits that my monitor shows. In short, if my wife approves the monitor edits, I would like that view to print and not go back and try to correct the lack she sees in the print. I have a new ASUS PA278QV and use a SpyderPro5 calibration. (I wonder if I should buy the Spyder "monitor to printer calibration" that costs $400+.) I make and sell prints up to A3+ of my wife's art as they are requested. Thanks for the help, Walt. Quote
