swiftyUK Posted August 19, 2021 Author Posted August 19, 2021 Any idea when that might be because I'm working on the book now? Quote
walt.farrell Posted August 19, 2021 Posted August 19, 2021 You can install and use the beta now. It's a separate application, with separate settings, that will install alongside your retail version. Serif doesn't tell us when the next official release will arrive, but the problems that have been reported so far as serious enough that I would guess it will be within a week or so. But the beta is recommended at this point for users who have these problems. swiftyUK Posted August 19, 2021 Author Posted August 19, 2021 Where do I find the Beta version? Quote

Look in the post I pointed to above, which points to the announcements of that beta for both Mac and Windows. In general if there's a current beta it is available via a topic pinned near the top of the relevant Beta Forum. For Publisher on Windows, that's this forum, and the current beta (.1138, as I write this) is in this topic, but that could change. If you follow the pointers in earlier topic, you'll get to the latest beta announcement for Windows, and if you click the "Follow" link on that page you'll always know when there's a new beta available.
