spallins Posted November 12, 2015 Share Posted November 12, 2015 Just bought new macbook pro and then purchased Affinity. Been trying to install for 2 hours with no luck. Is there something unique to this app installation? I read so many good things about this app but am frustrated right off the bat. Any help appreciated. Staff MEB Posted November 12, 2015 Staff Share Posted November 12, 2015 Hi spallins, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) After you buy the app trough the App Store app it will install automatically. You just have to go to Launchpad and click on the application icon to launch it. If the download process was interrupted for some reason, open the App Store app, go to menu Store ▸ Check for Unfinished Downloads. If it still doesn't finish the download and installation, go to the Purchased tab and let me known the status of the button on the right so i can advise you better.
