bigc77301
I am a new user to Affinity. I am trying to combine 4 separate layers into another new picture. I saved the 4 separate layers as jpeg files but do not know how to combine them into a new picture. I don't know how to view 2 images on the same screen to clone one side to other. VIPStephan
There are several ways, I suppose, depending on what you are trying to achieve. If you have the four images/layers on the same artboard you can just export the whole document with “File > Export”. Alternatively you could just go into the Export persona and drag a slice over the area you want to export. Is that what you mean?
Madame
I think bigC wants to make a composite of 4 pictures. If that's the case, you can chose the picture you want to be the background layer and work from there. Use the command File>place find your picture in the dialog, and drag it out. Repeat. Or you can use the shotcut Cmd C/Cmd V on the pictures you want to place on top of the background. They will be placed as layers. To view to pictures you can use Windows>separated mode.
