HI

How do you preflight your PDF files - if you don't have Adobe subscription anymore.

I got pdf export settings from my printer, how can I import that into to publisher.
I know I can see if there is anything wrong in the document preflight panel - but is that all I need.

Affinity Publisher contains a Preflight feature, which should allow you to check your document pre-export. If you need to check your PDF post export, you will need to use a third party application for this.

You can find out more regarding Preflight here - https://affinity.serif.com/tutorials/publisher/desktop/video/390012130/

There's no way to 'import' PDF export settings from your printer, you'll simply need to manually change the Export settings under the 'More...' options to make sure this matches the settings the printers are requesting.

This is a question best asked of your printer company, as they will be able to confirm the settings required (as you've already mentioned) but they should also be able to confirm if/what you need to check post-export.

I hope this helps!
