How to upgrade from Trial to Full Version Affinity Photo

Hi,

 

I have a Trial version of Affinity Photo,(v.1.10.0) and have just purchased the full version. I know I can upgrade by exiting and restarting, but I am in the middle of quite a detailed edit and would like not to loose my work. Is there anyway I can enter the product code mid session?
