Where did you click? However, unless you have the cursor in a Text Frame or have the Artistic Text Tool active, it shouldn't do anything. As you have the Move Tool selected I don't think the Fields panel will work for you at this point. Is the cursor active in it? What are you trying to accomplish by clicking in the Fields panel? (I'm curious, because it seems like a bug, but it also seems like you're doing something that doesn't have any purpose at this time. In that case, does it work if used as intended?)
