To whom it may concern:

I've recently purchased a new workstation and I am now having issues with my graphics within Affinity Photo 1.10 (latest version). All of my other programs seem to be working well as usual including high demanding graphics such as Revit, Lumion, etc. In Affinity Photo, the tool icons, the menus and other bits vanish once they are selected. They do re-appear when I select another menu but this is very frustrating and I have never had this issue previously. Also part the screen where my selection or curser is located turns blank and text also disappears. My new workstation has a Geforce RTX 3080 and I'm wondering whether Serif has upgraded their drivers to match the latest graphics drivers. My graphics drivers are up to date.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times without any success in solving the issue. Can anyone help?

Hello @Ian Birchall

First of all, Serif does not supply drivers with its programmes.

Perhaps you have one of the programmes or services mentioned in the following article.

MAC mini M4 | MacOS Sequoia 15.3.2 | 16 GB RAM | 256 GB SSD
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X | INTEL Arc A770 LE 16 GB  | 32 GB DDR4 3200MHz | Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (26100.3194)

Affinity Suite V 2.6.1  & Beta 2.6 (latest)

I already had a halo, but it didn't suit me!

Hi Ian,

I think Komatos may be right, specifically the following heading from the link he provided applies to you please read that section of our issues caused by 3rd party apps list ASUS Sonic / ASUS GPU Tweak III / MSI Nahemic

Thanks
C
