ilebeback Posted August 13, 2021 Posted August 13, 2021 Having tried out various suggestions put forward by forum members to install with no success, I decided to take the ultimate leap of faith and uninstall Designer 1.92. Installed version 1.10 as a clean install that I downloaded from my Affinity account. All went well, it even remembered my recent files. No problems at the moment and loads files so much faster than the previous version. Please make a note of the new Activation Key given in your account when you download version 1.10 from your Affinity account. This will be required as soon as you start up the new version of Designer. Hopefully this will be the same process when I update Affinity Photo and Publisher. Your product key is permanently tied to the email address that you used when purchasing the app from the Affinity Store, and you can retrieve that key at any time by logging in to your account. You don’t get a new key with each update.
