Panorama using Fuji Raw files - locks up

Recommended Posts

Thanks for the feedback.

Subclavius - I have made the changes to the performance and switched off to no avail.

I notice when I try to add any fuji raw file it just hangs.
If I use jpg tif etc it works.

So what happens.   I add a file fuji raw file and the whole program hangs. I have to reboot the program.
If I use jpg and tif files it works no problem.

Interestingly enough Affinity photo can ordinarily open to do any edits just not in panorama.
I can put a few of my fuji raw files in a google drive with link.

Thanks for sharing the pics. Your Fuji files stitch together fine on my pc, both with and without HA (see pic).

Things to consider now:

  • also on the Performance panel you will see a memory limit - try increasing this as high as it will allow, as a test.  On my pc I have it set to the maximum
  • check out this post about other software which can conflict with APhoto
  • other things might be the graphics drivers, or just possibly the hardware.  Are you able to give any details about hardware/graphics drivers installed in your system?
