Layers 3 and 4 are identical except the nested curves adjustment is inactive in 3. and that is the magic: the curves adjustment on 3 and 4 is intentionally neutral, all sliders at default. So it should have no effect both in 3 and 4. but if its active it the levels adjustment starts working. the levels adjustment in 3 and 4 only modifies the alpha channel, you need to switch to alpha to see that white level is set. To compare with the Windows version, nothing subtle, Levels work but sometimes it need moving the slider a lot to begin getting some results: 98% nothing happens, 100% nothing on the screen! Nothing but trying extrem slider to get a result: The output is more effective: But in the end, when compared to same Adjustements done on a B&W layer, where we can do subtle modifications, I would say there's a bug in general with adjustements on alpha channel. 1.10.0.251 nested alpha2.afphoto NotMyFault 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
