chrisbaz
I have just downloaded a trial version and so far it's been hard going,,, I have met several problems some off which I have overcome, others I've put aside, but I am totally mystified by inpainting. I cannot find this at all, anywhere, and yes, I have read the posts... which tell me it's the 16th down on the left - not on mine it's not - it's either the Sharpen tool or the View tool. Others say it's in the sub menu of the healing tool - maybe if I could find a Healing tool! Then someone else pointed that I should left click... my Mac mouse doesn't have a left click. Overall, the screen shots (those that I am 'allowed' to open) do not correspond to my screen. Maybe as I'm using a trial version I'm not entitled to use inpainting. If that is the case, it'll be goodbye, but I'll wait to see what response I get before giving up.
Staff Callum Posted November 10, 2015 Staff Share Posted November 10, 2015 Hi Chrisbaz, Welcome to the Forums :) The Inpainting tool is available in the trial as the only restriction on the trial is that it is limited to 10days. You need to hold left click on the Healing Brush Tool (see screenshot) to bring up the fly out menu and then select the Inpainting tool.
