When inputting text in this new version my system instanly crashes out when adding a space.

This is a totally new phenomenon since I upgraded to 1.10 yesterday.  The installation is Windows 10 and has been running faultlessly since April 2020.

The fault does not occur on Photo or Designer.

How do I fix or get back to vers 1.9??

No, it crashes in different existing documents.  It also crashes when creating a new document either from the drop down menus or the startup panel menu.

May not be relevant - there are only five bullet points in the startup panel.  I thought there were seven when I started up after the initial update...

Can you attach a screen recoding of this in action along with a crash report?

I only meant that the startup screen seemed different.  Your other startup screens have seven bullet points.  Presumably not relevant!

I have since tried to re-install from the download and a "Repair" option appeared.  Pressing this option seems to have solved the immediate problems...

I'm no expert in this side of things.  Many thanks.
