Tubor Posted August 10, 2021 Posted August 10, 2021 affinity-photo-1.10.0. In this update, I open the file or paste the file, the photo will be closed automatically, and I cannot find a solution to the problem. Quote
Dan C Posted August 11, 2021 Posted August 11, 2021 Hi @Tubor, Sorry to hear you're having trouble! Please visit the manufactures link below to download the latest driver available - - Intel: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html - Nvidia: https://www.geforce.com/drivers - AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-driver-autodetect Note: you may need to go direct to your PC manufactures website for the driver, if you see a warning regarding 'OEM drivers' when trying to install one from the above sites. Once downloaded and installed, please restart your computer and then launch the Affinity app again. Please do let me know if this helps Quote
Tubor Posted August 12, 2021 Author Posted August 12, 2021 The reason why the pasteboard program crashed and exited was that the name of a complex picture was copied (for example: Q%G13R8I7QT(~K5D}9~5O$U.png). When the picture name appears garbled, it will crash directly. The previous version will not show this The problem, the current version will not crash if the file is changed to a simple name (for example: 01.png), I hope it can be resolved. Note: All drivers are the latest drivers Quote

Dan C Posted August 12, 2021 Posted August 12, 2021 Which pasteboard application are you referring to please? There are a few known issues when using clipboard managers and Affinity, so I'll be sure to pass this information through to our developers Quote
