Publisher 1.10 crashes when I type an apostrophe in a small text frame. It works fine in other text frames.

Same problem with a different font & a taller text frame. It worked OK, one time in a file copy. WIN 10 Pro. I think I can solve this problem by copying & pasting a different head. But that will not answer the question of why this is happening.

Hmm, I couldn't duplicate the issue, I can type "Chaplains'" with the trailing apostrophe without an issue. I don't have the font though.

I did have to unlock the group containing the frame before I could edit it - is there a reason why it was locked? (Or did Publisher do that automatically since I didn't have the font?)

@pcdlibrary - COuld you upload a the crash reports folder for us to this location please.

The folder can be found in  %appdata%

e.g. C:\Users\<youraccount>\AppData\Roaming\Affinity\Publisher\1.0\CrashReports\reports

Thanks, Mike. Roboto is the font I originally used. The anomaly only happens in this particular text frame. As a work around, I copied & pasted a different head. I lock finalized frames & objects, to prevent them from being accidently moved.
