If the app update still doesn't appear try to sign-out, then sign-in again. If it still doesn't fix the issue check the user section on bottom which lists all bought apps. I checked on the user section and it offers only the download option (the cloud with the arrow). I should mention that I am on Mojave. Thanks again Quote
