How do I add a gutter to a document.

I forgot to add an allowance for a binding gutter on the inside margin of my document pages. I see I can do this in the Spread Setup window but that only changes the selected page(s). Can I add a gutter to the whole document?

If you have a facing page setup It is done, inside. 

Or are you asking about the Page Creep for signatures? Page Creep is unavailable.

Thanks for the replies. I have now realised that this is best set on the master page using the inside margin.
