UteSch Posted August 8, 2021 Posted August 8, 2021 Mein erster Versuch hier im Forum. Ich versuche auf Deutsch und hoffe, ihr versteht mich. Ich kann englische Antworten lesen, aber schreiben ist schwer möglich. Seit der ersten Installation von Publisher, Designer und Photo ( im Juni 21 noch auf Windows 7) habe ich unverändert ein Problem mit der Texteingabe in Publisher. Die Buchstaben erscheinen mit Verzögerung, man kann so unmöglich arbeiten. Das Problem trifft nicht Designer oder Photo, dort läuft alles gut. Mein Arbeitsspeicher reicht aus. Lösungsversuche, ohne Erfolg: Update auf Windows 10. In den Performance-Einstellungen von Publisher habe ich ohne Erfolg vieles ausprobiert. Das neueste Update aller drei Programme ist gelaufen. Publisher deinstalliert und neu installiert. Alle drei Programme deinstalliert und nur Publisher neu installiert. Keinerlei Veränderung. Zusatzinfo: Publisher verlangt als einziges der drei Programme beim Start eine Bestätigung, dass es Änderungen am System vornehmen darf. Lasse ich mir das Zertifikat anzeigen, erscheint ein Warnhinweis am Punkt "Digitale Signatur". Bin gespannt, ob mir jemand helfen kann. Im voraus vielen Dank! Quote

Firstly choose the correct Bugs forum, according to the application you are using (Designer/Photo/Publisher), and the Operating System you are using. In that forum state the following Are you using the latest release version? (here's how to check) Can you reproduce it? (if you cannot then we may struggle to also, making it even harder to fix) Does it happen for a new document? If not do you have a document you can share that shows the problem? If you cannot provide a sample document then please give an accurate description of the problem for example it should include most of the following: What is your operating system and version (Windows 10, Windows 8.1, etc)? What happened for you (and what you expected to happen) Provide a recipe for creating the problem (step-by-step what you did). Screenshots (very handy) or a screen capture/video. Any unusual hardware (like tablets or external monitors or drives that may affect things) or relevant other applications like font managers or display managers. Did this same thing used to work and if so have you changed anything recently?
