Not a question but a report.

I use a program called AppCleaner to remove all of the files associated with an app when I delete it. It appears that all of the Affinity apps save their license key info in the same spot.

Yesterday I removed the demo of Affinity Photo and as a result it removed all the license data for Designer and Publisher.

I was able to re-enter it so it wasn't a big deal but it might be something to look at in a future release. Or maybe just something to add to an FAQ

Hi @Zac Beldan,

Many thanks for the information provided! I can confirm this is down to the settings used in AppCleaner (or similar apps such as CCleaner), as these apps will remove 'hidden' files that Affinity uses for licencing etc.

I will be sure to pass your feedback through to our team, to see if we can create an FAQ on this subject, as it's certainly caught out our customers in the past :)
