Ed Cruz Posted August 6, 2021 Posted August 6, 2021 (edited) Since last versions of Affinity Photo the icon of Crop Tool is not shown. I updated today to 1.10 version, but this issue remains. Why? Anyone whit the same problem? MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015) macOS Big Sur 11.4 (20F71) 1,6 GHz Intel Core i5 Dual-Core 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Edited August 6, 2021 by Ed Cruz Insert hardware infos. Staff DWright Posted August 11, 2021 Staff Posted August 11, 2021 Hi @Ed Cruz, Welcome to the forum Can you please try resetting your Affinity Photo back to its default settings by holding down the CTRL key while launching the app. When the Clear User Data window appears, click Select All and then Clear. Be aware that resetting your app back to its default settings will lose any custom settings such as keyboard shortcuts and brushes etc. To backup such settings before resetting the app, please watch our Affinity: Exporting User Settings and Keyboard Shortcuts video. - https://player.vimeo.com/video/189596577/ Ed Cruz 1 Quote
Ed Cruz Posted August 11, 2021 Author Posted August 11, 2021 Hi @DWright! Thank you for your answer! I reset Affinity Photo to defaults and it worked! Thanks! I used the Clear User Data in Designer and Publisher also. Everything is clear now. 😉 Quote
