Staff Sean P Posted August 6, 2021 Staff Posted August 6, 2021 Hi ThirtyFiveThousand, Does this happen for any document or is it specific to this one? If it is document specific could you attach it please? Also have you tried restarting your iPad - it looks like it could be getting low on graphics memory whilst trying to draw to the screen. If it is still an issue, does disabling 'Cache screen updates' in Preferences > General help at all? It turns out the forum Video Player was showing me horrible playback artifacts. Watching the playback properly it does look file specific and similar to an issue we do have logged, but if you could attach the affected document that would be useful. Quote

MrZi Posted August 9, 2021 Posted August 9, 2021 (edited) Hi, I have a similar phenomenon, both new and old files. I use import pdf as background. (I tried uninstall - reinstall, restart ipad, same problem. Never before has there been similar phenomenon. I can’t use the software at hte moment. Some solution proposal? (I haven’t read after it yet…) Can I restore version 19.2 on ipad? Thanks, 20210809_125747.mp4 n.prj - Nerium_bath.afdesign Edited August 9, 2021 by MrZi Quote
1fips Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 Hi there, I have a similar problem since updating to 10.2 and I need a solution. I work on an iPad Pro 10.5 with iOS 14.8 When I draw on a fresh pixel layer nothing happens until I lift the pencil up. After that it draws instantly, but eventually there are missing some areas. When I zoom a bit I can see all that I habe drawn. Please can somebody tell me what I can do to see what I draw instantly?! IMG_1257.MP4 Quote
