Wings Tanar Posted August 5, 2021 Posted August 5, 2021 Why might Photo print the wrong colour - i.e. what possibilities should I look at. Image attached shows the file behind the print window - strips of white(ish) numbers on a black(ish) background and shows the preview image on entering the print routine which has the strips in a dull green. The dull green is what prints on the printer. Printer has not run out of ink, by the way. Quote
Wings Tanar Posted August 5, 2021 Author Posted August 5, 2021 Update - this is a 1.10.0 bug as it does not happen under previous version. How do Upgrade this query to a bug report ? Quote
Staff stokerg Posted August 6, 2021 Staff Posted August 6, 2021 @Wings Tanar, I know you've also posted in bugs about this as well. But could you either update the bug post with your .afphoto file or attach it here. Just i tried to replicate this with a black shape and some white text and my Print Preview was fine. Quote
Wings Tanar Posted August 6, 2021 Author Posted August 6, 2021 Not an afphoto file - just a simple jpg. Thought I had attached it to the bug report but I'll try again here. Quote
Staff stokerg Posted August 6, 2021 Staff Posted August 6, 2021 Hi @Wings Tanar, I've downloaded the image you've attached and it previews fine for me (screenshot attached, there is no green present) in 1.10 but i think the Forum maybe resampling or changing it some way. Could you upload the JPG to our Dropbox here and i'll try again. Quote
Wings Tanar Posted August 8, 2021 Author Posted August 8, 2021 Update - just re-installed 10.1.0 and tried again - and the fault is NOT there this time. If I can't recreate you can't investigate - I withdraw the bug report. Quote
