BigEdNOLA Posted August 5, 2021 Posted August 5, 2021 I have a user name and password and a product key. Affinity says it doesn't have a record of me. Quote
walt.farrell Posted August 5, 2021 Posted August 5, 2021 What exactly are you trying to do, @BigEdNOLA? Some possibilities: Install one of the Affinity applications that you purchased from Serif (thus you have a product key), and it is asking for an email address and the product key? (This would not require a username or a password.) Register an installed application. You have installed the application, and when starting it you get prompted to Register it. That would also require an email address and a password (but not a username). In both of those cases, the email and (where needed, the password) are those of your Affinity Store account, not this forum account. BigEdNOLA Posted August 5, 2021 Author Posted August 5, 2021 I cannot upgrade Affinity Designer 1.9.0.932. I can open up the software but nowhere do I see how to check for updates. Quote
