MikeTO
On macOS, I was prompted to install the update for all three apps when opening them just now. I hadn't opened them previously today. Did you try choosing Check for Updates from the Affinity <app name> menu? BigEdNOLA
Cannot upgrade to 1.10 in Designer. I'm on Windows I have had to re-register for an account even though I have a user name, password and email address and a Product Key. Using my original username and password, Affinity says they have no record of the email address. Mikey05
I have all three on Windows 10. Not prompted to download any update (all purchased from Affinity) and cannot find Check For Updates anywhere, I imagine it should be in the help drop down menu. I don't know if it's the same but on macOS the Check for Updates command is in the app menu and not in Help. If you bought them from the Affinity Store you can also sign in there, click the menu link in the upper right, choose My Account, and then sign in to download them directly. Feel like I am going against nature here!! I DONT WANT TO DIE!! Lol. It looks like it should be 2.0 for the version number. Other folks can try this. Log in to your online Affinity account. Top right, click on "Your Account" icon and select "Order History" Then select "View Order". You will see a download button for version 1.10. ilebeback
Downloaded the 1.10 updates for all three Affinity Apps (Windows) twice, from my account first, then from the App after the update download notification appeared. All downloads failed to install at the "Setup Failed" stage. On trying to get back into my account, access was denied?

ASG
OK, I need help. I followed above and downloaded the new update. It asked if I wanted to replace the existing so I said yes. But now when i open my program it asks for a product key or offering a ten day trial like I've never had this before. I am afraid that I lost the original software and I don't know my product key from the previous purchase. Also I don't know if I purchased it from Affinity or Apple store. How can I find that out? Sorry but I'm really lost here. thanks BTW, when I went into designer originally it did not ask to update. Also there was no "check for updates" in the menu. Sign into Apple's Mac App Store, using the Apple ID you used to purchase the applications, and you should be offered the updates (if they are available at that moment in your region). ASG
OK, I went back into apple store and downloaded the whole app again and it seems to have worked to get it back onto my computer. Never said there was an update but it now says it is 1.10. Although when I look at the photo app there still is no "update" available. Weird. Guess I'll just wait and see what happens with the other apps. Thanks
