Hi everyone!

My versions of Affinity Photo and Publisher got updated yesterday to vs 1.10.0.1127. I purchased both from the Windows Store end of the last year, as far as I remember, and I did the updates there yesterday evening. My version of Designer, I purchased from the Affinity Store at the beginning of this year, hasn't updated yet. It is still vs 1.9.2.1035. The last updates appeared at the same time, no matter where I purchased them from. So I'm confused. As far as I remember, the opportunity to update should show up after starting the program. But it doesn't. Even I'm locked in to my user account. Am I somehow wrong?

Sometimes the Microsoft/Apple stores allow updates after they become available from the Serif store, usually because of internal company procedures at Apple and Microsoft.
This may account for why you cannot sometimes update one application which was purchased from a different store to that of the other applications.
However, I’m curious as to how your Microsoft Store versions let you update to 1.10.x as (A) it’s usually the Serif store which is first for updates, and (B) I didn’t know that 1.10.x had been released yet.
Can you show us the About screen from all three applications?

That confuses me too. But as long as the Apps work fine for me, it will not really be a bigger issue. Think the update for Designer will come the next days. Here are the "About"-Screens:

My biggest concern about not updating all the applications together would be whether StudioLink would continue to work, but they should all work just fine by themselves.
(If 1.10.x is already in the Microsoft store then, either it has been released by Serif too early (probably low probability of that), or it will come to the Serif store soon, as you say.)

However, thanks for your reply, Garry! Normally I get alerted to update my Affinity apps by getting the update message in Designer. I'm not visiting the Microsoft Store verry often. I would have expected that the Affinity Store would in doubt come out earlier with updates than the Windows Store does. So this confused me. But I'll just wait a little.

I can confirm that our 1.10 update is now officially live - it appears as though the Microsoft Store update was made available shortly before we planned on releasing the Affinity Store updates, but you should now find that the Microsoft App Store, Mac/iPad App Store and the Affinity Store have the updates ready and waiting for the Affinity suite :)

(Note: depending on your region, Apple/Microsoft roll the releases out at separate times, so if you cannot yet find this update available on the relevant store, please allow 24 hours for your region to catch up!)
