AFFINITY photo always without response and edited photo fail to save to current editing

Hey ,I am very new to affinity photo ,while editing ,affinity will often without response ,I had to force to close the software ,hence the photo editing all lost as when i open again it will remains only the very early edition or none. And when it stopped responding ,I couldn't  export photo ,although it could still click the options ,but just will not save anything.Can anyone help me ?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble here! Can you please navigate to Edit > Preferences > Performance and untick Hardware Acceleration at the bottom of the dialog.

Restart the application as prompted and then try editing your image once again - does this resolve the crashing/hanging behaviour please?
