Package file failing to open in Beta if 'untitled'

I came across this yesterday....

Publisher 1.9.2.1035 to latest Beta

While working on the Project Brush Thumbnail Poster
A1 300dpi single page with 20 Linked AD files 400x400mm with varying complexity but a mix of vector and raster images

I had a lot of difficulty exporting/saving the file as a package in Publisher 1.2.2.1035. Each time I tried to save the process would leave the Package Progress Bar active but fails to complete the process. When you clicked on it the header bars turn white and the file locks up. I simplified the layout finally getting it it work on around the 4^th attempt.

Same process in Beta works much better....

Tested the same process in Publisher Beta [1.10.0.1127] The Progress bar closed after completing the task. It is certainly much faster... thanks for the performance improvements.....they are great!

However I found that if you open a 1.9.2.1035 file into the beta (make copy!) and run through the package process immediately as in package an untitled file. The process works....but I was unable to open the saved file in the package folder.
 

Sequence
1. Open Publisher 1.9.2.1035 saved file in latest beta
2. Allow create a copy of the file (opens)
3. Save as package in allocated folder
4. Allow process to complete
5. Close file
6. Attempt to re-open 'Untitled' file
7. Accept the package document panel (OK)
8. The file does not open

If you save the file with a new name....the file opens after packaging

I'm struggling to reproduce this, any chance of uploading a package you've saved from step 4? In theory that then should also fail to open for me

Sure no problem..do you have Dropbox link for this one?
There are 20x 400 mm AD file that are linked in...don't really want to give these away.

I am having trouble at the moment reproducing it.... I am just trying to make it fail. I have an older file (larger/ incomplete.. did not use) as well, which fails when you try to package it in live version of AD..
