Hi, I had an iPad with a set of Assets I bought for Affinity Photo.... Thats gone now and I have a MacBook but can't find the same set.

They would allow you to do things like this photo. does anyone know the name of the person who made them?

or where I can get hold of them in Affinity photo.

Any help would be much appreciated...

Hi @tazvoll,
Did you bought them in the Affinity Store? If so you just have to login there and re-download them. Alternatively on your MacBook, run affinity, go to menu Affinity Photo > My Account..., sign in with the same credentials you use for the Affinity Store and download the assets from there or using the links provided there.

Unfortunately my iPad broke some 3-4 years ago, and I opened my new account June this year. You are right all the things I’ve bought since then are there for backup, but I’ve forgotten the old account details…. So that’s that, I suppose……

Do you still remember the e-mail you used for the old account? You can try to reset the password to get access to it again.

It's possible you're thinking of Uplift Epic Skies, which was a free set of images made available for a short time, perhaps around the 1.7 timeframe. Here are some of the images from that one:

 

If that's it, and you got it when it was available, you'll still have it in your Affinity Store account at https://affinity.store/account/downloads and can download it again.

Walt.Farrell  Lovely clouds but I have plenty. (mainly in my head).

I have looked as mentioned by MED above. and there were some brushes that were extra to my account now, and I was able to download those without any problems.

My conclusion from that is I bought them else where.....

Being old and decrepit I have lost all track of things before covid so My only chance lies with Julia04 who seems to have what I am after, but need a name to find.
