How, please, do I make these? If you put guide lines on a Master Page then the pages that have it applied to will show dotted lines where the Master Page guide lines are. All Guide lines (actual guide lines, dragged from the Ruler or put on the page using the Guide Manager) will not print, regardless of whether or not they are on the Page or inherited from the Master Page.
