On Windows 10 using the Trial version of 1.9.2.1035 the mouse become very choppy at times, especially after say, moving an element around, and then "letting go of the click" or in programmer terms, "mouse-up" (see video clip). My system is RTX 3080, 165hz monitor, AMD 5600x, 32GB DDDR5 RAM, and M.2 NVME SSD.

This is a known issue with NVIDIA drivers since the driver release 461.09 WHQL. The workaround for the bug can be two things:

  1. disable GSYNC from the NVIDIA drivers or alternatively
  2. Disable MPO as described here

Either one of the methods will fix your problem.
