ra.skill Posted July 31, 2021 Posted July 31, 2021 Hi there, Back on April 6th, 2021 I purchased the entire Affinity range and installed on my iMac, has been running well ever since. Today I purchased a new iMac and I’m trying to install the Affinity range again. I logged into my account, downloaded DMG's for Designer + Photo and installed no problem... But for Publisher I can only download an EXE Windows file, even though I originally purchased everything for Mac?? Help! See images attached.... Many thanks Quote

If you're running it on a Mac already, perhaps you also purchased it from the Mac App Store? You could look there and see what you find. @walt.farrell Yeah.... nah... this didn't happen either. I'll explain it one more time.... Purchased all the 3 softwares from affinity online store back in April 2021 and ALL in Mac format.... I know it was Mac format because back in April I installed it onto my old iMac without any of these issues and I also happen to have a fairly reliable memory. So at some point my account has glitched and changed the Publisher format. Quote
