P_Monty Posted July 31, 2021 Posted July 31, 2021 (edited) What I'm doing is opening a file (might be a raw, might be a jpeg). I'll do a bit of editing and then export it as a jpg. Is it possible to change the default export location? Ideally, I'd like to export to the location the file was opened from, but it appears that Aphoto defaults to exporting to the last folder a photo was exported to... It's not currently possible to change, but it has been requested a number of times on the Forums, so may come in a future update. Quote
P_Monty Posted August 3, 2021 Author Posted August 3, 2021 Ok thanks - I'll keep my fingers crossed. Quote
Granddaddy Posted August 16, 2021 Posted August 16, 2021 A change in the default export folder has been requested time and again for at least 5-1/2 years. See for instance: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/17825-default-location-for-save-as-and-export/ At my age I am not expecting to see this improved in time to be useful to me.
