parrier Posted July 31, 2021 Posted July 31, 2021 Hi, I'm trying to use affinity photo. Now I need the filter as note paper effect of photoshop. But I can't find any information of this effect or process on affinity photo. Is there anyone who can advise about this? Quote
walt.farrell Posted July 31, 2021 Posted July 31, 2021 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. I think that usually, in Photo or Designer, that would be done by adding a texture image as a new layer, and blending it with the layer(s) below using a layer blend mode. You can find many textures available for free or to purchase using a web search for paper textures affinity and you may also find some in the Resources forum here. You can also find some you can buy in the Affinity Store (https://affinity.store). PixelPest Posted July 31, 2021 Posted July 31, 2021 I think it´s about Pattern Fill. AP has a Pattern fill layer option and you can - if you can - paint in a texture - but afaik there´s no "texture fill" like PS has. Quote
Alfred Posted July 31, 2021 Posted July 31, 2021 One of the procedural texture presets may prove useful here. Quote Alfred Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for Windows • Windows 10 Home/Pro Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for iPad • iPadOS 17.5.1 (iPad 7th gen)
