DigitalVisuals Posted July 30, 2021 Share Posted July 30, 2021 I had yesterday three times the problem that my project I was working on disapear at once, no warning or crash reports. this was happening I was using a frankandtoon brush where I was clicking several times behind another. The brush was very small in size. No hardware accelaration on. someone has this also? Afterwards I could started further with a a not saved backup. Staff Lee D Posted August 1, 2021 Staff Share Posted August 1, 2021 Can you provide more information on your workflow that leads up to the issue? Is this always with one of the Frankandtoon brushes, if so which ones or can it occur it any brush, including the default ones? What sizes are the brushes you're using? In terms of your document, are you painting direct onto an image (what format) or starting a blank canvas and painting on new pixel layers?
