registration

My name is Patricia Boyden and I have been using Affinity Photo since I bought soon after

it was launched and then I bought the iPad version probably about 2017 but I don't think

I registered them.  I did buy the book in 2018(I think) and that has been registered and I have had an

account but now don't seem to be able to use it on my Mac.  Help please!

The iPad versions are sold exclusively by Apple. If you sign into your Apple Store account from a compatible iPad you will be able to download from there.

You need to buy a separate Windows version to install on Windows or a Mac version to install on the Mac. Each version is purchased independently and each has its own licenses.

If you bought it soon after its original launch you must have bought it from the Mac App Store (MAS) because neither the Affinity Store nor the Windows versions of the apps existed at the time, and you only have an Affinity Store account because you purchased the workbook. Like the iPad version, the MAS version can only be installed via the relevant App Store, and it’s tied to the Apple ID that you used at the time of purchase.
