Publisher: bleed display settings?

Hi there folks, I'm hoping the forums are more active than the Discord server. I checked the FAQs about this and didn't find anything but my apologies if I just missed the topic somewhere.

I have a document where I've set up a 1/8" bleed. When I export it for print as a PDF I toggle "Include Bleed" and the document generates with a thin gray line like you can see in the attachment. My print shop is telling me I should remove that line but I see no way to do it in Publisher. On the Document Setup dialogue I've tried changing the color of the bleed but it still exports as a gray line. Any idea how I can change this?

I would think that there is a Rectangle on the page and it has a border on it. This is just a guess, would need to see the document or a section of the document that shows this as a post to the forums. There are a lot of things that could be doing this. Effects for another example.

Thanks for the quick response Old Bruce! I double checked and you're exactly right. I originally created the document with a white rectangle that was sized to the page (without bleed). Extending the size of that rectangle all the way out to the edge of the bleed fixed the issue. Thanks so much!
