[Website] Can the “Feature Requests & Suggestions” guidelines be also repeated in the individual sub-sections?

There are good guidelines stated in the “Feature Requests & Suggestions” page but they are not repeated in the sub-sections which means that some people may miss them, especially if they go directly to the sub-section they want and bypass the ‘parent’ page.
You can see the difference in my two attached images.

I believe these sections had simply been overlooked - I can confirm that this wording can now also be found when selecting specific Feedback forums.
