Utebue Posted July 26, 2021 Posted July 26, 2021 Hi, I am new to Publisher, have worked with InDesign for years. How I import my old InDesign projects into Publisher. Also, I prepare text in Mac Pages but I have difficulties to copy and paste the text from Pages to Publisher. Any help? Thanks. Quote
Komatös Posted July 26, 2021 Posted July 26, 2021 Hello and welcome to the forums, @Utebue You can open only .idml files from InDesign. I have no experience with Mac Pages. What are the difficulties? If so, Open the document there, export it as an IDML file, and Open the IDML file in Publisher. Utebue Posted July 27, 2021 Author Posted July 27, 2021 No I don’t. Adobe has only updated its cloud version to the new MacOs. Is there a converter somewhere? Quote
GeorgGS Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Yes, I would also appreciate it if there would be a proper import function for Indesign files for the publisher at some point! Quote

PGT7 Posted September 24, 2021 Posted September 24, 2021 Hi Walt, Many thanks for posting info on Markzware's IDMarkz. I've had a look, it does a pretty rough and ready of a relatively simple document, a single page A5 flyer with formatted text and an imported .ai file. walt.farrell 1 Quote
