bthibodeau Posted July 25, 2021 Posted July 25, 2021 Im working on a couple things and they have all of a sudden decided to not open with publisher. They were made on the program and when I try to open them up, it says "file failed to open" "file type not supported" I'm extremely worried that I will lose all the work ive done on these few things for a client. Any way I can recover these files? eyecandy.afpub mastlogo.afpub victoria.afpub Quote
walt.farrell Posted July 25, 2021 Posted July 25, 2021 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. All of your uploaded files show a size of 0 bytes. If that mathes what you see in Finder or File Explorer then there is no data in the files, and something unfortunate happened while you were saving them. Where are you saving them? Serif have told us they recommend saving to a local disk, not to cloud storage nor to networked drives. Also, what OS are you using?
