Publisher Locksup

Publisher locksup on me, I"m using a Macbook Pro.  I've tried removing Affinity and reinstalling and it does not good.  I've tried rebooting, it does not good.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble! Can you please confirm for me:

• What settings do you have set under Affinity Publisher > Preferences > Performance? (A screenshot will suffice)
   
• Does this happen for multiple documents, or only certain ones?
   
• Does the app lock up when attempting a certain workflow each time? (ie does the app lock when trying to import a document, or is it seemingly random?)
   
• Has the app ever crashed, producing an error message and crash report on screen? Or does it simply 'hang'?
