transfering bought licenses to new computer?

I'm going to buy a new computer - can I transfer my licensened afinity programms form the old computer to the new one?

Yes you can. After activating on the new mashine the old installation don't work no more.

Just to add to what’s been already said, when you install on the new machine it will have the factory settings.
There will be lots of threads in the forums telling you how to copy your assets/styles/preferences/etc. over to the new machine; just do a search for them with the relevant keywords.
This thread may be a start – should be pretty much the same as beta to retail but change the target to the new machine:

It should work on both. You're allowed to install the Affinity applications on as many machines as you want, as long as you own or control all of them, and they're all the same platform (all Mac, all Windows, or all iPad).

But that would mean that I buy a licence and can install it on an infinite number of machines in a device class?
I only have to enter the same user account and reg.num on all machines and thus activate the programmes?
I can't imagine that in my life. That would be a losing proposition for Serif.

The reality is that no private individual is going to own or control more than a few machines, and if other people are going to use some of those machines for commercial purposes they would need separate licences.

Read your EULA. For Windows it says this (and the one for Mac should be similar):

Quote

3.    The licence granted to you is limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive. Except to the extent any rights cannot be excluded by law, you are permitted:

(i) if you are a private individual, to download, install, use and run for personal use, one (1) copy of the Serif Software directly on each computer running Microsoft Windows (“Windows Computer”) that you personally own or control. Commercial use is permitted but only use by you and not by any other users of any Windows Computers that you own or control. For example, other members of your household that use your Windows Computers may make personal use of the Serif Software whereas, if anyone other than yourself needs to make commercial use of the Serif Software, the other user will need to make a separate purchase.

(ii) if you are a commercial enterprise, to download, install, use and run one (1) copy of the Serif Software for use either: (a) by one specific individual on each of the Windows Computer(s) that they use that you own or control, or (b) by multiple individuals on a single shared Windows Computer that you own or control; For example, a single employee may use the Serif Software on both their desktop and laptop Windows Computer, or multiple employees may serially use the Serif Software on a single Windows Computer used as a shared resource.
 
(iii) if you are an educational institution, to download, install, use and run, one (1) copy of the Serif Software for use either: (a) by a single individual on each of the Windows Computer(s) that they use that you own or control, or (b) by multiple individuals on a single shared Windows Computer that you own or control. For example, a single student may use the Serif Software on both the student's desktop Windows Computer and laptop Windows Computer, or multiple students may serially use the Serif Software on a single Windows Computer located at a resource centre or library.
