latte054 Posted July 24, 2021 Posted July 24, 2021 i'm not really sure how to go about this, and I wasn't able to find anything when I searched the forum. I assume I need to create an artboard, but I specifically am not sure how to recreate the white abstract parts of the pattern. Quote
StuartRc Posted July 24, 2021 Posted July 24, 2021 Hi Artboard {just another content object!} would be a good place to start. but also rectangular shape contained within to give you a bit more control! Depends whether a complete facsimile of the texture is required.. There are several options you could consider to create the background. A. Pixel/raster image or Vector? B. With raster you could use virtually any image and use adjustment layers (black/white and Threshold) to create a 'chunky' black and white image C. Vector (better!)..just choose some vector grunge and scale to cover the area...for texture patterns.. well almost infinite possibilities...Check in resources to see if there is anything suitable. you could try these out: Nozzle texturesVector GrungeTexture assets Something like this: basic notebook.zip Quote Affinity Version 1 (10.6) Affinity Version 2.6.3 All (Designer | Photo | Publisher) Beta; 2.6.4.3439 OS:Windows 10 Pro 22H2 OS Build 19045.6035+ Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19060.1000.0 Rig:AMD FX 8350 and AMD Radeon (R9 380 Series) Settings Version 21.04.01 Radeon Settings Version 2020 20.1.03) + Wacom Intuous 4M with driver 6.3.41-1
