Enzee Posted July 23, 2021 Posted July 23, 2021 Hello, Sorry for the newbie question, but here it goes. My goal is to set a grid in my document and then make that grid allow me to click each and any of the squares to change color of that particular square. I understand that I can line individually created square boxes up and then color them differently and individually, but can I do this with a grid in some way? I have both Photo in the iPad and Mac Desktop version so if I can do that in one version or the other, that is fine. Thanks in advance for such a simple question. Much appreciated! Quote
Alfred Posted July 23, 2021 Posted July 23, 2021 Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @Enzee. Draw a grid with the Pen Tool, add a new Pixel layer on top, and choose the Flood Fill Tool. If you set the Source to ‘Current Layer & Below’ the lines of the grid will constrain the flood fill to lie within the grid cell where you tap (or click on the desktop version).
