Page Contents wiped after Duplicating a page?

Hello all,

Hoping someone may have seen this issue before - I have a 200-page document that I have been working on in Affinity Publisher for a while, and today I chose to duplicate one of the earlier pages (page 35, if it matters) to add some extra content partway through the document. I worked there, saved my work, then closed the document and stepped away for a bit. Returning and opening the document, I have found that all text on pages 65-71, pages 95-96, page 131, page 145, and page 197 have been wiped out of the text boxes. Does anyone have any idea a) why this would have happened and b) how to revert to an earlier version of a saved file (perhaps most importantly at this point)? All text boxes are part of the page Master throughout the document, and Publisher is on the newest version.

Welcome to the forum

I have not hear of this happening before can you please try turning off the Clip to Canvas option in the View Mode section of the View menu in case the missing text is hidden on the canvas.

If you used the Save History with Document option then you can undo the duplication

Unfortunately, Clip to Canvas did not seem to change anything, and I did not have Save History with Document enabled beforehand... at least I have learned something from this business, haha, that option is definitely on now.
